Taqarib uses the case studies to shed light on the initiatives and projects undertaken by municipalities in order to support the provision of services by studying these initiatives and focusing on the most important points that were worked on and developed in order to implement them and the extent of the impact of these services on residents. The Taqarib team covers all the steps that have been worked on and the implementation aspects studied in terms of the strengths and challenges faced by the municipalities and the methods used by the municipality to overcome those challenges, where each study covers a project or initiative that exists within a libyan municipality to produce an all encompassing study which is not only published but also used for peer to peer learning and inter-municipal collaboration.
